The plant is a herbaceous perennial that forms dense clumps. The leaves are round, deeply dissected, and distinguished by a characteristic bronze-green hue.

Flowering is accompanied by the appearance of numerous small pink flowers and continues from late spring to autumn. The variety is winter-hardy and withstands temperature drops down to -15°C.

Moderately moist neutral soils and a sunny location are preferred for cultivation. Care consists of removing spent inflorescences and old leaves to extend the flowering period and maintain the shape of the bush.
