The variety is a dioecious plant requiring the presence of a male pollinator. The shrub or small tree grows up to 3–6 meters in height and 2–5 meters in width with an annual growth of about 50 cm. The shoots are relatively thin and moderately thorny; the leaves are lanceolate, silvery-green.

A mid-early variety whose fruits ripen from mid-August to September. The berries weighing about 0.3 g have an oval shape, a bright orange color, and a dense arrangement on the branches. The fruits are acidic in taste and are distinguished by short stalks, which facilitates harvesting.

The plant has high winter hardiness, withstanding temperature drops down to -40°C, and is also resistant to wind, soil salinity, and adverse urban conditions. The variety exhibits general resistance to characteristic diseases.
