The variety is intended for brewing and belongs to the bitter variety group with an alpha-acid content of 14% to 20%. The beta-acid content is 4–5.5%, and essential oils 2.5–4 ml/100 g. The brewing qualities of the variety are comparable to the characteristics of the bitter variety Herkules.

The plant forms cylindrical shoots with an even distribution of cones along their length. Small leaf size contributes to reduced transpiration. The variety is characterized by improved resistance to powdery mildew and the ability to adapt to climate change conditions.
