The plant forms a vigorous, freely branching, dense bush 65 to 100 cm in height. Leaves are lanceolate, dark green, and rough to the touch. Stems are strong, resistant to wind and precipitation, and do not lodge.

Flowers are large, reaching 12–15 cm in diameter. Petal color varies from saturated tomato-red to an orange-red shade; the central cone is typically dark or brownish-yellow. Flowering is prolonged, lasting from June–July to September–October.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness, withstanding temperature drops down to –28...–29 °C. The plant is drought-tolerant, preferring sunny sites with fertile, well-drained soils. Suitable for use as a cut flower crop and for decorative garden landscaping.
