Echinacea Secret Love belongs to the Secret series and is a compact perennial with strong upright stems and a well-branched bush 50–55 cm wide. The flower has a double anemone-type shape with a large pompon in the center and downward-curving ray florets of a bright red-ruby shade.

The plant is distinguished by abundant flowering from July to September or October. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness (USDA zones 4–10, down to -35 °C) and drought tolerance, tolerating heat and humidity. It is used in landscape design for mixed borders, container plantings, and is suitable for cut flowers.
