The variety is a deciduous shrub with green foliage. The inflorescences are of the mophead type; the flowers are pure white, may acquire a greenish tint upon fading, and a slight pink undertone in cool weather. The plant is characterized by a compact habit and strong stems.

Flowering lasts from June to September. The shrub is suitable for cultivation in gardens, border plantings, and containers, as well as for cutting. The variety prefers partial shade, rich drained soils, and regular watering. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 6a–9b.
