Variety description

The variety is a deciduous shrub with a spreading or rounded crown, 1.2–1.5 m in height. The leaves are dark green, egg-shaped, with a serrated margin. The shoots are sturdy, capable of maintaining the shrub's shape.

The inflorescences are flat or corymbose, consisting of small central fertile flowers and large sterile marginal flowers. The coloration changes depending on soil acidity: from blue or light blue on acidic soils to pink or mauve-pink on neutral and alkaline soils.

Flowering lasts from July to early autumn. The variety belongs to USDA hardiness zone 6, withstanding temperatures down to -18…-23 °C, and requires protection in regions with severe winters. It is characterized as a low-maintenance plant with good disease resistance.
