Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 0.9–1.5 m. The primary ornamental feature is dark green leaves with an irregular creamy-white margin or streaks. Inflorescences consist of small fertile flowers in the center and a ring of larger sterile flowers along the edges.

Flowering occurs on the previous year's shoots from June to September or October. Flower color varies from pink and lavender to blue or light blue depending on soil pH and the presence of aluminum. The shoots are strong and grow vertically.

The variety has medium winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zones 5–9, and requires covering in regions with severe winters to preserve flower buds. Under unfavorable conditions, it may be affected by leaf spot, powdery mildew, or bacterial wilt.
