Variety description

The variety is a compact shrub 120–150 cm tall, sometimes reaching 2 m. The leaves are large, oval or ovate, serrated, have a dense leathery texture and are often spoon-shaped.

The inflorescences are flat, corymbose, 20–30 cm in diameter. Small fertile flowers are located in the center, surrounded by larger sterile four-petaled flowers. The flowering period is long, from July to September-October, occurring on the previous year's shoots.

The frost resistance of the variety corresponds to USDA zone 6 (down to -18…-23 °C), which requires covering the plant in regions with harsh winters. The variety is suitable for use in landscape design as a solitaire, in group plantings, or for container cultivation.
