Variety description

The variety belongs to the Lacecap group with inflorescences up to 15–20 cm in diameter, consisting of an outer circle of large sterile flowers and a central part of small fertile flowers. The plant's stems often have a purple hue; the foliage is dark green, slightly glossy with pronounced venation.

On neutral and alkaline soils, the flowers have a deep red or wine-red shade; on acidic soils, they are purple-violet or blue-lavender. The plant is a dense deciduous shrub 1.2–1.7 meters tall, characterized by high stem strength.

Flowering lasts from mid-summer to autumn. The variety is winter-hardy (USDA zones 6–9) and is distinguished by viability and resistance to diseases when agrotechnical rules are followed.
