The series was created to produce abundantly flowering plants with double flowers, which can be either globose or corymbose depending on the specific cultivar. The remontant nature of the varieties allows them to bloom on both previous year's shoots and current year's shoots.

The color of the inflorescences depends on the soil acidity level and the presence of aluminum in it: from pink shades on alkaline soils to light blue and blue on acidic ones. Flowering continues from June to October.

The winter hardiness of the plants varies from -18 to -27°C, however, in temperate climates, the varieties require covering. The stems of most representatives are strong, holding heavy inflorescences well, although some tall forms may require support.
