The plant is a dwarf shrub with a height of 0.8–1.2 m and a compact, dense crown. Young shoots have a reddish tint, gradually turning brownish-brown. Leaves are oblong, with a pointed apex, dull green on top and grey-green below, with slight velvetiness.

Inflorescences are paniculate, 8–20 cm in size, consisting of fertile and sterile flowers. During the flowering period, which occurs from July to September, the color changes from white to pink. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness (USDA zone 4) and resistance to diseases and pests. The shrub is upright and used in landscape design for group and single plantings.
