The tree is characterized by medium vigor. The nuts are oval in shape and medium in size. The main feature is the kernel skin, which has an intense fireplace-red color that is preserved even after culinary processing.
The variety is late-blooming, which increases resistance to spring frosts. It has good winter hardiness in the conditions of Central Europe, but can be sensitive to fungal leaf diseases under unfavorable weather conditions.
Cultivation requires wind-protected and warm locations. The variety is sensitive to excessive soil moisture and is considered a rarity intended primarily for ornamental and amateur gardening.
