The variety belongs to the Red incised type with intense red leaf color. The dense leaf structure and upright rosette shape ensure good marketability and shelf life during transport.
The plant is intended for cultivation during spring, summer, and autumn periods. It is used both for the fresh market and for the production of ready-to-eat salad mixes.
It possesses high resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae, races Bl: 29–41), lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1), and certain races of Fusarium. The variety shows resistance to tip burn and maintains a healthy condition of the lower part of the rosette.
