Dacar is an early Frillice-type variety that forms a voluminous rosette of light green crunchy leaves. The hybrid possesses a high level of resistance to tip burn and bolting, which allows it to be grown during the summer period, and it also has resistance to downy mildew (Nr:0).
The variety is intended for year-round production. It is suitable for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation, and is also adapted for use in hydroponic systems, including the NFT method.
