The butterhead type variety forms a large plant with a well-closed base and medium-green leaves. The crop is not intended for the production of side shoots and possesses resistance to downy mildew Bremia lactucae.
In scientific research, the variety is known as an example of Dutch butterhead lettuce with pronounced seed thermodormancy, where seeds do not germinate at high temperatures. It has also been used in breeding work as a parent form for creating new hybrids.
