Jin Bulle is an upright dense shrub belonging to the Javelin series. The plant reaches about 50 cm in height and possesses a comparable crown diameter. The foliage is fragrant and colored grey-green.

The variety forms spike-shaped inflorescences with violet-blue flowers. The flowering period falls in the interval from May to September depending on the growing region. The crop requires a sunny location and soils with moderate fertility, with the prerequisite being the presence of high-quality drainage for protection against excess moisture.
