The plant is a compact semi-erect shrub with a height of about 20–25 cm (according to some data up to 33–38 cm) and a width of 25–30 cm. The variety is intended for cultivation in containers, flowerpots, and for creating garden borders.

It is distinguished by a very early flowering period. The flowers have a dark violet shade, which contrasts with lighter violet bracts. The terminal bracts are dark purple in color. The variety possesses drought tolerance and is suitable for commercial pot cultivation.
