The variety belongs to the tetraploid type and is distinguished by high seedling growth vigor, as well as high potential for winter and total yield. The maturation period is late, occurring approximately 12 days later than that of the Nui variety. The plant possesses high nutritional value with an increased content of metabolizable energy.

The variety is resistant to rust and tolerates temporary soil waterlogging better than diploid forms. The crop is suitable for most soil types, with high-fertility sites preferred. It is used as a forage crop for overseeding into pastures, cultivation on irrigated lands, and in regions with sufficient precipitation.
