The variety is used primarily as a forage crop for obtaining green mass, hay, silage, and haylage. Due to its ability to quickly form a dense turf and resistance to trampling, it is also used in grass mixtures for creating sports and general-purpose lawns.

The plant is distinguished by high yields of green mass and dry matter, especially in the first cut. The variety possesses winter hardiness and drought tolerance, demonstrates resistance to ergot and smut, and has low susceptibility to leaf spots and brown rust.

Product quality is characterized by good nutritional value and high palatability. In dry matter, protein content varies from 5.4% to 7.3%, and fiber content is from 34.5% to 38%.
