The variety is a tetraploid form of Italian ryegrass. The plant possesses high seed germination energy and intensive seedling development, which allows it to be used to eliminate forage shortages during the cold season. The variety has a good leaf-to-stem ratio.

The plant is well adapted to conditions of moderate and low rainfall. Due to its early maturity, the growth of the variety ceases earlier in the spring compared to later forms. The origin of the variety is linked to the same germplasm source as the Tetila variety.

The variety is intended for the establishment of short-term pastures, grazing of cattle and sheep, as well as for hay and silage production. It is suitable for use in intensive farming systems and for overseeding into sparse grass stands.
