The trees have a narrow vertical canopy about 30–60 cm wide and produce almost no side shoots, reaching a height of 2.5–3 meters. Due to their compact size, the plants are often used for decorative landscaping, container cultivation, and the creation of dense hedges.

The series includes varieties with different ripening periods bearing fruit with good commercial appearance, juicy, and ranging in taste from sweet to sweet-and-sour. The plants are characterized by winter hardiness and immunity to diseases. Most varieties require pollinators for a stable yield.
