The Ballerina Obelisk variety, also known under the trade name Flamenco, is a tree 2.5–3 meters tall with a columnar crown type and an absence of distinct lateral branches. The variety is vigorous compared to other members of the Ballerina series.

Fruits are medium-sized, round and slightly flattened, with yellow skin and a bright red blush. The white fruit flesh is characterized by a dense fine-grained structure, crisp texture, and a refreshing sweet-and-sour taste. Harvest maturity occurs in early October.

The plant is used both for fruit production and in landscape design due to its compact habit. The variety is suitable for cultivation in limited spaces and container gardening.
