Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a spontaneous mutation of the Elstar apple. The fruits are medium to large in size and are covered with a solid dark red blush. The flesh is cream-colored, firm, juicy, with a distinct aroma and a sweet-and-sour taste, similar to the parent variety.

The trees are highly productive and have less dense foliage than Elstar, which facilitates maintenance. Fruit ripening occurs from late August to mid-September, two weeks earlier than the parent variety. The plant is partially self-fertile and characterized by increased winter hardiness.
