The variety is a radiation mutant of the spur type. The tree is vigorous and begins bearing fruit 2–3 years after planting. Fruits ripen in late August – early September, are large in size, and have a club-shaped conical form with five ribs.

The fruit skin is firm, smooth, and shiny, light green or yellowish-green in color, and prone to russeting. The flesh is pale yellow, crisp, moderately juicy, with a sweet-sour taste. The storage life in a refrigerator is up to three months, after which the flesh may become mealy.

The variety has high productivity. It is distinguished by resistance to scab but shows medium sensitivity to powdery mildew and sensitivity of flower buds to frost. The fruits can also be damaged by the codling moth.
