The variety is a mutation of the Yataka variety, which in turn originates from Fuji. The tree is medium-sized, 3–4 meters in height, with a spreading crown of medium density. The variety is diploid and requires pollinators such as Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, or Jonathan. The tree is prone to alternate bearing and requires crown formation.
Fruits are large, with a mass of 200–220 to 350 g, round-oblong in shape. The flesh is cream or cream-white, firm and juicy, possessing a sweet taste and specific aroma. The fruits are suitable for long-term storage (from 6 to 10 months in a refrigerator) and possess good transportability.
The winter hardiness of the variety is assessed as high, and fruits ripen in late September — first half of October. The variety is considered universal, suitable for both fresh consumption and culinary processing, as the fruits retain their flesh structure well during heat treatment.
