The tree is vigorous, forming a wide, loose, pyramidal or rounded crown; branches may become drooping with age. Fruits are small, weighing up to 100 g, round or slightly conical in shape. The skin is smooth, firm, and slightly dry, light yellow in color with a dark red blush on the sunny side. The flesh is yellowish-white, juicy, with a high sugar content and harmonious acidity.

The variety possesses good winter hardiness of the wood and high resistance to scab, with moderate resistance to powdery mildew; on heavy soils, the tree is prone to canker. Fruits hold well on the branches. The variety is self-fertile and serves as a good pollinator for other apple trees. Yield is high and regular, despite a tendency toward alternate bearing.

The variety is classified as industrial and is valued for its high juice yield for the preparation of apple wine, juices, and strong alcoholic beverages. Fruits reach harvest maturity from mid-October and are suitable for use until January.
