The tree is medium-sized with a compact, sparse crown. The variety is prone to biennial bearing, has moderate resistance to scab and powdery mildew, and is susceptible to fire blight. During long-term storage, the fruits may be prone to internal browning.
The fruits are medium to large in size, elongated-round or conical, yellow-green in color with a red-orange diffuse blush and stripes. The flesh is light cream, firm, and crisp. The variety is characterized by high transportability and is suitable for both fresh consumption and culinary use.
