The tree is vigorous, reaching 6–8 meters in height with a powerful spreading crown 4–6 meters wide. The variety has good winter hardiness and is undemanding, however, it exhibits biennial bearing with high yields.

Fruits are medium or large in size, having a flattened-round or blunt-conical shape. The skin is smooth, yellowish-green with a blush. The flesh is juicy, with a wine-sweet or sweet-and-sour taste, prone to becoming mealy during long-term storage.

Harvest maturity occurs in mid-October, consumer maturity lasts from December to April. The variety is used mainly for juice production and culinary purposes; table qualities are assessed as moderate.
