The CALVÈ variety (also found spelled as Calve, Carvè, Colvè, Colè) is a local autochthonous apple variety growing in the Italian region of Tuscany, particularly in the districts of Castel San Niccolò, Stia, and Poppi.

The fruits are intended for fresh consumption and are also suitable for making marmalades and fruit juices. The variety is included in the official agricultural biodiversity registers of Italy as an object for conservation and study.
