The tree of this variety is characterized by medium vigor. The fruits are usually medium to medium-large in size, with a truncate-conical, ribbed shape. The skin is greenish in color, covered with a wine-red blush that can cover up to 90% of the surface. The white flesh of the fruits is tender and aromatic.

The variety matures in September and is classified as an autumn-winter variety. The tree has low susceptibility to scab. The taste qualities of the fruits are characterized as sweet-and-sour. Currently, the variety belongs to the category of old and rare, preserved as part of genetic biodiversity.
