The tree has medium vigor. The fruits are medium-sized with a diameter of 71–75 mm and a height of 58 mm, distinguished by a flattened shape and red skin color. The variety is included in the list recognized by the D.O.P. Sidra de Asturias designation of origin system.

Flowering begins in the early-mid period, usually in early or mid-April. The variety shows acceptable resistance to scab, nectria, powdery mildew, and moniliasis. The genetic origin of the variety has not been established; it is classified as a hybrid with unknown parent forms.
