Fruits of the variety ripen in the first ten days of October. The average weight of an apple is about 269 g; the flesh is firm with an index of 8.3 kg/cm². The fruits have good keeping quality and are suitable for both fresh consumption and industrial processing into juices, concentrates, purées, and jams.

The variety is multi-resistant: it is resistant to scab, possesses good resistance to powdery mildew, and exhibits resistance or moderate resistance to fire blight. However, during the dormancy period, the generative buds of the variety are classified as sensitive to frost.
