The tree is vigorous, forms a vertically spreading canopy, and fruiting occurs on spurs. The variety is a diploid and requires the presence of pollinators. It is characterized by good adaptation to a humid climate and resistance to diseases such as scab and canker.

The fruits are medium or large in size, round-conical in shape, ribbed, with a noticeable ridge at the base. The yellow-green skin is complemented by a bright red blush and patches of ocher russet. The firm, crisp, and juicy flesh has a spicy, sweet-tart taste with aromas of nut, pineapple, and candy.

Harvesting is carried out in mid-October, and the consumption period lasts until March. The variety is used mainly as a dessert apple for fresh consumption and is also suitable for cider production.
