The tree is characterized by medium vigor and a spreading, "weeping" crown shape. The variety enters the fruiting period relatively quickly and is distinguished by intense flowering, although it may show a tendency toward biennial bearing.

The fruits possess good flavor qualities and are capable of maintaining their texture and taste when stored in refrigerated conditions for up to nine months.
