Variety description

The fruits have a characteristic flat disc-shaped form and an attractive bicolored pink-red skin. The flesh is firm, crisp, and juicy, with a fine texture. Fruit caliber ranges from 75 to 90 mm. The harvest stores well, retaining its taste qualities.

The tree has weak to medium vigor; vigorous rootstocks are recommended for planting. The variety is of medium maturity; flowering occurs at the same time as Golden Delicious. The variety is prone to overcropping and requires chemical thinning of the fruit set; it is characterized by low susceptibility to scab.
