The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Discovery and Mantet. The tree has medium vigor at a young age and forms a spreading crown prone to thickening, which requires regular pruning. Fruit-bearing is early and abundant; fruits set primarily on short shoots.

Fruits are medium to large in size, round or flat-round in shape, with green-yellow skin and a red blush. The flesh is cream-colored, crisp, and juicy. Upon overripening, the fruits quickly lose structure, becoming mealy; shelf life is limited to the end of August. The variety is resistant to scab but susceptible to powdery mildew.
