The variety belongs to the group of autumn apple trees, whose consumer maturity occurs in September-October. The fruits are characterized by a rounded, somewhat "pot-bellied" shape and smooth, dry skin. The primary color of the fruit is yellow or golden-yellow; red stripes appear on the sunny side.

The taste qualities of the fruits can vary from juicy and sweet to rich sweet-and-sour with a pronounced aroma. The variety is self-incompatible and requires cross-pollination to obtain a harvest. It is used as a table variety for direct consumption.
