The variety belongs to the CATS (Columnar Apple Tree System) series. The tree grows narrow and slender, reaching a height of 2.5–3 meters. Intended for small gardens, container cultivation, or as hedges. The variety requires a pollinator and periodic pruning of lateral shoots to maintain its shape.

The fruits ripen from mid to late September, have an average weight of 170–205 g, a yellow-green color with a red blush, and a sweet flavor with a slight acidity. The flesh is firm and juicy. The fruits are characterized by good keeping quality and resistance to dropping.

The plant possesses high resistance to scab, powdery mildew, canker, and aphids. The variety is distinguished by high climatic endurance with winter hardiness down to -30...-35°C.
