The tree is moderately vigorous, spreading, forming an umbrella-shaped or canopy-shaped crown with age. Bearing is primarily on spurs. The variety is partially self-fertile; presence of pollinator trees is recommended for obtaining the best yield.

The fruits are large, round or round-conical, with greenish-yellow skin, sometimes with a red blush. The flesh is yellowish, firm, juicy, with a pronounced acidity and notes of pear. The variety is characterized by late flowering and fruit suitability for storage of up to three months.

It is classified as a culinary variety, as the slices retain their shape during heat treatment. Suitable for baking, preparing sauces, and juice production. Susceptibility to powdery mildew and fire blight is noted; in strong winds, the fruits are prone to shedding.
