The medium to large fruits have an elongated, conical, or slightly ribbed shape. During the ripening process, the color changes from greenish-white to golden-yellow, sometimes with a light blush. The yellowish-white flesh is characterized as crisp, juicy, with a pleasant sweet-tart taste and aroma.
The tree forms long shoots with thin, drooping fruiting wood. The variety performs best when grown in a half-standard or high-standard form on vigorous rootstocks. Consumer maturity occurs in December; the fruits can be stored until March and are prone to corking of damaged areas.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
