The tree has moderate growth vigor and is often characterized as a natural dwarf, adapted to harsh climatic conditions, including heavy soils and windy locations. The variety enters fruiting at a young age, providing abundant yields that require fruit thinning.

The fruits are yellow with a dense pattern of red stripes or a solid blush. The white flesh often contains red inclusions under the skin and in the veins. The harvest ripens in August, the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and processing, but their storage life is limited to one month.

The variety is genetically close to the Korobovka variety and has been actively used in breeding as a donor of winter hardiness. Resistance to specific diseases has not been described, but general endurance to adverse external factors has been confirmed.
