The variety Koritchnoie novoie is a selected cultivar of Malus domestica. It differs from the old landrace variety Koritchnoie polosatoie and is studied within the framework of fruit crop genetic resource conservation programs.

This variety belongs to the mid-season maturity group. In productivity studies, the yield is described as moderate, while specific data on resistance to diseases or pests are not provided in the publications of the Polli Horticultural Research Centre.
