The tree is characterized as medium-sized, with a high-spherical, rather loose crown. The variety is susceptible to bacterial canker and woolly apple aphid, and to powdery mildew during drought. The apple tree is a diploid variety with a long flowering period, which makes it a good pollinator for other apple trees.
The fruits reach consumer maturity in mid-to-late July. They are medium to large in size, with thin, smooth, greenish-white skin that becomes whitish-yellow when ripe. The flesh is white or light yellow, juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste.
The fruits do not store well; their shelf life is 2–3 weeks, after which they quickly become mealy and dry. The apples are extremely sensitive to pressure and are easily damaged during transport. They are used primarily for fresh consumption, making puree, and baking.
