Fruits of medium size have a symmetrical flat-spherical shape and are covered with carmine-red skin. The flesh is distinguished by a snow-white or yellowish color, tender fine-grained structure, and juiciness, possessing a sweet-and-sour taste with a light spicy aroma.

The tree in its young age has a lush upright crown, which over time becomes compact, broadly rounded, and densely branched. The variety is characterized by high frost resistance and the ability to yield in high-altitude conditions with minimal chemical intervention.

Fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for processing, particularly for the production of juices and cider due to the specific composition of fruit acids. The plant is often used in extensive orchards and as an ornamental variety.
