The tree is vigorous with a wide, dense, and spreading crown. The fruits are medium-sized, round or slightly flattened in shape, and have smooth skin that changes color from green to straw-yellow upon ripening, sometimes with a light pink blush.

The fruit flesh is white, firm, very sweet, with low acid content and a characteristic aroma. The variety is considered a winter variety; harvest maturity occurs in September–October. Yield is high, but often periodic in nature.

The variety possesses high frost resistance and good resistance to scab and powdery mildew. Mature fruits are prone to dropping, have a short shelf life, and low transportability, which is why the variety is used primarily as a dessert apple for fresh consumption.
