The tree is vigorous, forming a drooping crown with thin branches as it ages. The fruits are medium-sized, have a flat-round shape with uneven ribs. The primary skin color is whitish-yellow with red marbling; the surface is matte with a bluish bloom.
The flesh of the fruit is light yellow, firm, and contains characteristic reddish veins. The taste is assessed as tart and astringent with a unique herbal aroma. The variety is a winter one, with the consumption period lasting from November to February.
The variety is considered healthy, undemanding, and resistant to major apple diseases. The fruits are used as table apples, for processing into juice, cider, and compotes, as well as decorative elements.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
