The tree has medium to high growth vigor and is characterized by very late flowering. The variety shows low susceptibility to fungal diseases.

The fruits are used exclusively for industrial purposes for cider making. The yield of the variety exceeds 30 tonnes per hectare. The chemical composition is characterized by a total acidity of about 5.86 g/l and a total phenol content of about 2.00 g/l.
