The tree has moderate vigor, a tendency for branching, and a spreading crown shape. The variety was obtained through hybridization of Imperatriz and Cripps Pink. The fruit ripening period in Brazil occurs at the beginning of February.

Fruits are medium-sized, conical in shape, with a bright red overcolor on a yellow background. The flesh is firm and juicy; the sugar content is 13–13.5 °Brix. The variety has good keeping quality, comparable to the Galaxy variety.

The variety shows genetic resistance to leaf spot and is tolerant to powdery mildew, while being susceptible to scab. It is intended for regions with moderate chilling requirements and is part of the international Sambóa project line.
