The medium-sized fruits have a round or slightly oblong shape. The skin is brownish-green, sometimes with a soft red blush. The flesh is cream-colored, dense, firm, and juicy, possessing a distinct spicy sweet and sour taste. The variety is suitable for both fresh consumption and culinary processing.

Harvesting takes place in September-October; the fruits store for up to 2–3 months. The tree is characterized by moderate growth, strong and healthy development, and adapts to various soil types. The variety is self-incompatible and belongs to flowering group B; suitable pollinators include the varieties Cox's Orange Pippin, Elstar, James Grieve, Notarisappel, Glorie van Holland, and Zigeunerin.
